1. General principles
- Green Sortie operates primarily on advance‑payment subscription plans and is prepared‑to‑order meals, so cancellations and refunds are limited.
- By purchasing any subscription or meal, you agree to the plan-specific rules below and understand that running‑month cancellations are not allowed for subscriptions.
2. Single-day / one-time orders
- If Green Sortie offers one-time (non-subscription) orders, cancellation is allowed only before meal preparation starts and within the time limit shown at checkout.
- If the cancellation is accepted, the amount may be refunded to the original payment method or as credits, as per the option shown at that time.
- If preparation has started or the order is out for delivery, the order will be treated as delivered, and no refund will be provided.
3. Subscription cancellation (1, 2, and 3-month plans)
3.1 No running‑month cancellation
- Once a subscription month has started, that running month is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- You cannot cancel or claim a refund for any part of the month that is currently active, even if you choose not to take certain meals.
3.2 1-month subscriptions
- For any 1-month subscription plan, no cancellation and no refund are allowed once the purchase is completed.
- The full amount is considered committed for that month’s service.
3.3 2-month subscriptions
- If you purchase a 2-month subscription and later decide to cancel, you are only eligible to cancel the 2nd month of the subscription.
- The 1st month is fully non-refundable and non-cancellable once the subscription starts.
- Upon such cancellation:
- The meals already received or due in the 1st month will be charged at the applicable 1-month plan rate.
- Any remaining amount (if any) after recalculation may be refunded or converted into credits, as per the option displayed on the website at that time.
3.4 3-month subscriptions
- If you purchase a 3-month subscription, you may cancel only the future months, never the running month.
- For example, if the 1st month is completed and the 2nd month is ongoing, you are only eligible to cancel the 3rd month.
- On cancellation of future months:
- Completed and ongoing months will be recalculated at the applicable 1-month plan rate.
- Any balance amount, if any, will be processed as a refund or credit according to the current policy shown on the website.
Promotional or specially discounted long-term plans may be fully non-refundable once started; such conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Per-day meal cancellation via Planner (3-hour rule)
- Once you purchase a subscription, you get access to the Planner on the website navigation bar, where you can see your daily schedule, menu, and nutritional information.
- You can cancel a meal for a specific day only through the Planner and only up to 3 hours before the start of the respective delivery slot.
- Conditions:
- Cancellations requested by phone/WhatsApp before the 3-hour cut-off will be accepted.
- Approved per-day cancellations will be adjusted as per the option mentioned on the website (for example, extension of the plan, credit of an extra day, or internal credits), but they do not convert the running month into a refundable month.
- If you do not cancel within the allowed time and then choose not to accept delivery, no refund or replacement will be provided.
5. Cancellations initiated by Green Sortie
Green Sortie may cancel or suspend orders or subscriptions in full or in part if:
- Service cannot be provided due to operational issues, force majeure, or a non-serviceable address.
- Fraudulent activity, payment issues, policy abuse, or misuse of offers is detected.
- Safety, legal, or regulatory reasons require such action.
- In such cases:
- For single orders, you will receive a full refund or equivalent credits.
- For subscriptions, we may offer prorated refunds or credits for the unserved portion of future months, after recalculating used periods at applicable 1-month rates.
6. Refund method and timelines
- Approved refunds (where applicable) will usually be processed either:
- The Bank Account Details given by the subscriber will take up to 7-10 days to process the refund, or
- As Green Sortie credits/wallet balance usable for future orders, as specified at the time of cancellation.
- Refund timelines depend on banks/payment gateways and may take several working days after initiation; Green Sortie does not control these external processing times.
- Any non-refundable gateway charges or fees, if applicable, may be deducted as per payment provider rules.
7. No‑show, address issues, and late requests
- If delivery fails due to a wrong address, unreachable customer, entry restrictions not arranged by you, or refusal without a valid issue with the order, the meal will be treated as delivered.
- No refund, credit, or replacement will be provided in such cases.
- Requests for cancellation or refund raised long after the delivery window (e.g., after the same day) will generally not be accepted except where mandated by law or explicitly allowed in special cases.
